The number 4 comes from the fundamental idea of a 2m x 2m dance box. 
The word "Quadrat" originated because the dance box was built in the shape of a square. In the first step, the name was purely the mathematical designation of the box, but this quickly became my personal 4Quadrat.

I want everyone to take action through our art with the 4Quadrat – thereby triggering emotions and driving the motivation of each individual.

Action. Emotion. Motivation.

Through the art of the 4Quadrat method, I want to encourage people to feel comfortable in their own skin. The free development of each of us can only happen when we support and encourage one another. Through the art, I want to set an example of humanity and place particular emphasis on honesty, openness, and direct communication. Only when we treat each other honestly can trust develop and a positive working relationship emerge.
