My brand 4Quadrat is divided into two areas. Both areas stem from passion and come from the bottom of my heart. I owe this development entirely to ALL the people who have accompanied me on this journey. If I hadn't always had the right person by my side at exactly the right time, I wouldn't „for sure“ be where I am today.
I want to thank EVERYONE who has been through so many ups and downs with me in recent years! Because without the comforters, the motivating words, and the honest feedback on almost 500 videos I've made, I would never have continued. Through all the support, I've really started to believe in myself and am sometimes amazed at what I've created. Not just for myself, because I want to share all of this with YOU!
„Close your eyes and dance“is one of my favorite phrases that a friend gave me as a birthday gift in the form of a written piece many years ago, and it very aptly describes what I want to achieve with 4Quadrat.
I don't want to focus on how someone looks. Feeling music and moving freely to it is one of the most beautiful things we can do for ourselves.
It's liberating, helps you let go, and listening to yourself!

The "Lebensbäumchen" by 4Quadrat are the result of another formative period. Starting from one large tree made of 3 different bed slats, the idea arose to build it in a small version as well, and I often reached my limits in the process.
With every step I took to create the little trees, I realized how good it felt. Working with my hands, listening to music, and using the most beautiful material, „wood,“ reduced my inner stress and made me forget everything else.
Everything took its time, but now I want to share these moments with you as a workshop.

Long Story Short
In 2016, I was standing in my bedroom, which was also my gym, dancing like I did every evening. I asked myself, "What can you possibly do with this?"...
...In a club? NO
...In a dance school? NOPE
I moved to Grabenstätt in 2021. Everything went really well, and I felt very comfortable there. At the end of 2021, I started dancing again and suddenly set up mirrors facing each other. At first, the movements in the reflection didn't have a big effect, but after a few weeks, when I accidentally bumped into a mirror, I saw this multiplication and tried to improve it further and further. After that, I built the first „box,“ today's 4Quadrat, and started dancing with a mask to preserve my inner self. My dances are not choreographies; they are a kind of art, expressive dance with which I let my emotions flow according to the music and express them through movement.
Today, 2026, I have two brand registrations and have already built the 4th box. After many years, I've realized the importance of listening to myself and focusing on what brings joy to myself and others.
