How we do it
The number 4 comes from the fundamental idea of a 2m x 2m dance box.
The word "Quadrat" originated because the dance box was built in the shape of a square. In the first step, the name was purely the mathematical designation of the box, but this quickly became my personal 4Quadrat.

Norms and values
By working with the 4Quadrat, we want to encourage people to feel comfortable in their own skin. The free development of each of us can only happen if we support and encourage each other. Through our work, we want to set a sign of humanity and place special value on honesty, openness, and direct communication. Only when we deal honestly with each other can trust arise and a great relationship develop.
